Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is ISIT, Infinite Solutions IT, reachable at contact@infinitesolutions-it.com.
This processing is carried out in accordance with law n° 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin, and has been declared to the Data Protection Authority (APDP). Declaration receipt number: to be provided.
Legal basis for processing
Your data is only collected with your explicit consent, obtained when you submit each form. You may withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us, through the site's forms (contact, demo request, quote and survey request):
- your name
- your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- your company name and role, if you provide them
- the content of your message and, for a quote request, the fleet information you choose to share
Your IP address and basic browser information are also recorded automatically, for security purposes, at the time you submit a form.
Why we use it
This information is used solely to handle your request: getting back to you, preparing a demonstration, drafting a quote. It is never used for advertising and is never sold or passed on to a third party.
Who can access it
Only ISIT staff handling your request access this information. No external processor has access to it, other than the site's technical host, which has no reason to consult its content.
How long we keep it
In line with the limited and proportionate retention principle recommended by the APDP, your data is kept for twenty four months from our last exchange, then deleted, unless an ongoing contractual relationship justifies keeping it longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Code, you hold a right of access, correction, deletion and objection over your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@infinitesolutions-it.com. We reply within two working days.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to Benin's Data Protection Authority (APDP), reachable at +229 21 32 57 88 or via service.apdp.bj.
Point of contact
In the absence of a designated data protection officer, the Chief Executive Officer of ISIT is the point of contact for any question regarding your data.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Forms are protected against automated submissions and forged requests. No database is used to store your requests: messages are sent directly by email to our team.
Third party services
The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which involves a technical request to those servers when a page is displayed. No personally identifiable data is transmitted as part of this, beyond the IP address inherent to any request on the internet.
